Tti – Inspections (Pvt.) Ltd. is authorized to undertake examination and inspection business on behalf of clients.
- All Inspection request forms should be submitted at least three working days prior to the schedule date of inspection.
- This Agreement may be amended, superseded, cancelled or any of its terms and conditions waived only by
written instrument signed by or on behalf of Tti – Inspections (Pvt.) Ltd. and the client.
- Authorized signature and a company stamp is a must on Inspection request form, and should be re-sent if
any amendments made.
- It is the responsibility of the client of Tti – Inspections (Pvt.) Ltd. to disclose all changes made during
the course of the inspection contract.
- If any cancellation or postponement is required, the client should notify Tti - Inspections (Pvt.) Ltd. at
least one working day advance written notice.
- In the event where no cancellation or postponement notice is received, Tti – Inspections (Pvt.) Ltd.
reserves the right to make an additional charge for re-visits to site where the shipment was not available
for examination after a confirmed appointment had been agreed.
- Tti - Inspections (Pvt.) Ltd. shall reasonably endeavor to carry out inspections on dates required by the
client. In case of any constraints a mutually acceptable date for inspection may be decided.
- Unless otherwise agreed Tti – Inspections (Pvt.) Ltd. shall carry out inspections Monday to Saturday 0900
HRS to 1800 HRS. An additional charge may be levied where inspections are carried out at the client’s
request other than working days (defined days) and time.
- The client shall render any assistance reasonably required by Tti - Inspections to carry out inspections
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client shall provide access to relevant areas, personnel,
documentation, reference samples & equipment reasonably required by Tti – Inspections (Pvt.) Ltd. to
carry out inspections, at the premises where the inspection is required.
- Tti – Inspections (Pvt.) Ltd. shall treat all information relating to the party and product being inspected
as confidential. Tti – Inspections (Pvt.) Ltd. shall not use the information disclosed by the client for any
purpose other than that which is necessary to perform this agreement; or for the enforcement of that
party’s right in law or contract. The provision of this clause shall continue even if this contract is
terminated.
- Tti – Inspections (Pvt.) Ltd. ensures that its personnel are free from any commercial, financial and other
pressures, which may affect the judgment.
- Inspection charges must be paid in advance through Tele Transfer, Demand Draft, Pay orders or cross
Cheque in favor of Tti.
- The fee payable by the client will be without deduction of any tax charges.
- Tti - Inspections (Pvt.) Ltd. reserves the right to file a suite in the court of law to recover the due
amount in the case of non payment in 60 days.
- Tti – Inspections (Pvt.) Ltd. shall release the final inspection report within 3-4 working days.
- Tti – Inspections (Pvt.) Ltd. may charge in addition for the provision of duplicate or additional report.
- Tti – Inspections (Pvt.) Ltd. may carry out supplementary Inspections with an additional charge.
- The liability of Tti – Inspections (Pvt.) Ltd. under this Contract shall be limited to breach of contract or
negligence but at all times shall exclude any other form of liability or liability for any loss or expense of
an indirect or consequential nature including but not restricted to loss of profit or goodwill.
